This meeting will be conducted by PHONE ONLY with optional video.

You can dial in starting from 12:15pm, the meeting will run from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, and you are welcome to stay on the line until 1:45pm, at which time please release the conference line for other scheduled meetings.
