We’re having a March Move-A-Thon!

A Move-A-Thon is like a Walk-A-Thon but not limited to walking. You choose how you move, how often, and how far. Go solo or get some friends together and create a team

It’s your move. If you need some ideas:

  • Ride a Bike
  • Dance Dance Dance
  • Do yoga
  • Walk – at any pace. (anything from a bimble to a yomp)
  • Clean house
  • Take the dog out to play
  • Pickle, foot, basket, or volleyball
  • Wash cars
  • Play frisbee
  • Hula (hoop or dance)
  • Chair exercises
  • Play a game of golf or hurling.
  • Swim
  • Take the stairs
  • Pick up litter in your neighbourhood or the beach (bonus points for this one)
